In response to COVID-19, our carriers are taking precautionary measures to prioritize the health and wellbeing of both drivers and customers.

Rest assured that all carriers are adhering to government guidelines to ensure safety remains a priority. Currently, there is no impact on our delivery services, but we encourage customers to use their home address for deliveries.

Moving forward, all carriers will offer contact-free delivery, so no signature will be required upon receiving your parcel. You will receive an email with dispatch and tracking details once your order is on its way, with additional information on carrier-specific guidelines available on their websites.

We appreciate your understanding of these measures as they help protect you while allowing us to continue operating as smoothly as possible.

Shipping Process and Dispatch

Due to high demand, we generally ship orders in the sequence they are received, from oldest to newest. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, and you will receive a notification email once your item has shipped.

Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the address is complete, including the house number, street name, and postcode, and double-check that it is the correct delivery address.

While we strive to provide quick and efficient service, occasional delays can occur. If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow a few extra days.

If after waiting a few days, your order still hasn’t arrived, follow these steps:

  2. Look for any redelivery cards or notices from your local post office.
  3. Check with neighbors or places around your property for left parcels, and contact your local post office.
  4. If you still haven’t received your package, send us an email and we will do our best to assist you.

  • You are responsible for original shipping charges, any applicable customs/import fees, and the cost of return shipping.
  • This policy applies to any shipments that are refused at delivery.
